At Twig Tack, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's what you need to know:

• Final Sale Policy: All items, including customizable products, are final sale and non-refundable. This includes Gift cards. 
• Damaged or Defective Products:

  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We’re here to help! These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.
